Lunch at Sapoto comes with four specially curated menus, Ai ($68), Rikai ($98), Sapoto ($148), Yujo ($198)

For lunch, the AI menu is an 11-course journey that begins with comforting kani chawanmushi, followed by seasonal grilled vegetables and four kinds of Chef’s Choice grilled chicken. The meal is rounded off with a Sapoto rice bowl, miso soup, and dessert. For a more elevated lunch experience, the RIKAI menu features indulgent highlights such as chutoro carpaccio, truffle chawanmushi, and tsukune paired with rich egg yolk, alongside six kinds of Chef’s Choice grilled chicken, seasonal vegetables, and a satisfying finish of rice, soup, and dessert.
 

Guests may also enjoy our dinner omakase menus during lunch service. The Sapoto menu ($148) showcases refined flavours including fresh sashimi, uni truffle brioche, and the chef’s seasonal creation. For the ultimate indulgence, the Yujo menu ($198) elevates the experience with premium Wagyu kushi and show-stopping grilled King Crab, offering an unforgettable feast.
