Lunch at Sapoto comes with two specially curated menus, Ai ($68) and Rikai ($98).
 

The Ai menu is a 11-course experience that features a comforting kani chawanmushi, two kinds of seasonal grilled vegetables, four kinds of Chef's Choice grilled chicken, along with a Sapoto rice bowl, miso soup, and dessert to round off the meal.
 

The Rikai menu elevates the journey with indulgent highlights such as chutoro carpaccio, truffle chawanmushi, and tsukune paired with a rich egg yolk. Six kinds of Chef's Choice grilled chicken and two kinds of grilled vegetables add depth to the experience, completed with a Sapoto rice bowl, miso soup, and dessert.
